Yet another company has jumped on board the daily deals train.
Next month AT&T will launch a daily deals program on YP.com (formerly yellowpages.com) for three test cities — Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth and Los Angeles. Following a similar format to Groupon and LivingSocial, AT&T will deliver a daily email to customers’ inboxes with a new deal. If you pre-register, you’ll receive a $10 credit toward your first purchase.
Facebook has also just launched its Deals program, although some consumers complain they’re now on deal overload.
Here are AT&T’s sassy answers to frequently asked questions about the program.
Are you ready for another deals site?

Couple questions.
Will AT&T offer deals on their service (or perhaps just improve it!)? How is their service any different than Groupon, etc.?
Their FAQs did touch on the tipping issue and I’m happy they did. As a former waiter and current user of Scoutmob, I’m concerned that people only tip on the discounted price. I hope folks read the FAQs and tip on the pre-discount fee, hopefully at 20% of the bill for restaurants.

Questions, questions…Sounds like a good deal, but all we can do is wait and see what happens. You never can tell with AT&T. I’m an AT&T customer, but like most people I’ve had good service and bad service. It’s hit and miss.
