Trying to be more mindful about your exercise? How about through your exercise?
Try free classes in Tai Chi (Taiji) and watch demonstrations of the ancient forms on the Marietta Square Saturday at 10 a.m. Classes are free and appropriate for all ages.
In honor of World Tai Chi & Qigong Day 2011, people from 70 countries will make presentations to raise awareness about the exercise value found by practicing this Chinese art.
To find a group near you, check out the Georgia Tai Chi and Qigong school listings. Call to find out if you local school is offering free classes.

Nothing is free. They will try and lock you into paying them for the next round of classes. Why would they waste their time if they couldn’t make a dime?
