You need 1/2 off at this Flying Biscuit. The service is terrible. Well, I guess it’s not “terrible” when you compare to most casual dining joints. It’s similar.

I have to wonder when these transplants and their offspring are going to learn that those raised in the south expect their tea and water glasses to remain FULL during the entire dining experience. Not when it’s brought to the table and the one refill after it’s been empty 5 minutes. Heaven forbid your glass gets refilled after you’ve paid the check.

I’ve never had bad service at the FB on Roswell Road. Never had a problem with refills either. Do love their French toast!

Only problem with the $30 deal for Flying Biscuit is: you have to use it all at the same time. So for 2 people, this is not a deal. Plus, it is not good towards alcohol. I guess 4 people could eat $30 worth at Flying Biscuit during breakfast.

Just FYI–the deal on Flying Biscuit is available from the day you purchase it through Feb. 11, 2012!

If you have a smart phone look in for the app Coupon Clipper. There is a Flying Biscuit coupon on there for buy one, get one free! Free app…free coupon. There are other apps similar like Scout Mob (50% off at One Midtown Kitchen) and Clip Zone that are also free for great savings. If you travel make use of the “near me” feature and you can explore on the cheap. I use an iPhone and the savings I get from the apps makes the phone pay for itself.

I agree that the service is terrible at the FB. There were 2 waiters for the whole restaurant and I never got a refill. It took a while to even flag down someone to get the check. This is in Roswell on Mansell Rd. I won’t go back.

I agree with the Real Chef regarding keeping the beverage glass full. I thought it was just me since I was born and raised in New Jersey. (I have a twin – LOL!!)

I too had an unfavorable experience at this location. The music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation & the service wasn’t the best. Too crowded in my opinion.
I must say that this is not true for the entire franchise. If you have been to one Flying Biscuit, you have been to one Flying Biscuit.

I never have had much interest in flying biscuits. Any coupons for Floating Cornbread?

On CouponClipper.com there are buy one get one free coupons for this location. No need to download the app or get this silly deal.

I agree with everyone else that this particular location of the Flying Biscuit has slow service. But it is worth going for 1/2 off.

You are so right. The biscuits @ FB are bad and I couldn’t believe how average the food was after all of the hype. Many other better places…my new fav is West Egg.

And don’t even get me started on The Waffle House or The Varsity.

I will agree they play the music way too loud.
