The Y has it all, dancing, aerobics, swimming, treadmills, eliptical trainers, can’t go wrong. I go nearly daily and it works out to about a dollar a day. Feel great all the time, always on top. Also have personal trainer[ muscle loosener upper and foot massager], it’s as good as it gets. Tomorrow is my day for the treadmill then a litlle steam and finally have my tootsies loosened and softened.

I’m sure all those deals are great, but I live and work in Gwinnett. After a day of work the last thing I want to do is fight traffic to go work out, then drive all the way back.
Think I’ll stick to the nearby Gold’s Gym for now.
