Free Sundaes at Walmart | $19 student tickets for AMS | Two Brunswick Bowling games for $5 | 50% off golf

Free Sundaes at Walmart

Where ever there is free ice cream, I’m probably not far away. Don’t be surprised if we bump into each other at Walmart on Saturday, May 22, when participating stores will be treating its customers to free sundaes from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will feature Breyers new flavors, as well as Blue Bunny Premium Ice Cream and All Natural Frozen Yogurt topped with Hershey’s chocolate syrup, Reddi-Wip and fresh strawberries. Thanks for the tip from a loyal Twitter follower of @atlbargains.

Yes, there’s a long summer between now and Labor Day. But tickets to Atlanta Motor Speedway are always hot. There’s a special price of $19 right now for student and children’s tickets when you present a valid ID. Tickets are in the Elliott Grandstand overlooking Turn 3. There are also other ticket purchase specials right now, including a Family Pack of four tickets, four sodas and four hot dogs for $159.

Strike while this bowling deal is hot

I am not a competitive bowler, but my grandmother and other family members were. It’s still something I enjoy quite a bit, especially with family. I’ll be jumping on this deal found today on Groupon.com: For $5 you can get two games plus one pair of rental shoes at Brunswick Bowling. That’s a $14 value. You can buy up to 10 of these and have until Nov. 21 to use them. There are 7 eligible locations in the area, including at U.S. Play in Kennesaw.

Half-0ff round of golf at Charlie Yates Golf Course at East Lake

The weather has been beautiful lately. Instead of going home and sitting on the couch, why not dust off the clubs and head to the golf course. Right now, you can buy a certificate for a round of golf at Charlie Yates Golf Course at East Lake for only $13.50, valid Monday through Thursday. That’s 50 percent off the regular price. This is a par 58 course  so even hackers can take it on.
