Free cookie at Atlanta Bread

How many times have you gone to Atlanta Bread with the intent of eating a healthy salad, but end up adding one of those delicious desserts onto your ticket as well? Well, I’m not placing blame — and not making you feel guilty, either. In fact, here’s a way to get a free cookie. Become a Facebook fan of Atlanta Bread and get a coupon for a free cookie. No purchase is necessary and the deal is valid until June 15.

Atlanta Hawks kids day

The Atlanta Hawks have secured a postseason berth. I’m sure that doesn’t mean they’ll put it on cruise control the remainder of the season. There are still games to be played, including Sunday’s against the Indiana Pacers. It also happens to be Kids Day, which means kids 12 and under get a free ticket with the purchase of each adult ticket. The game is Sunday, March 28, at 3:30 p.m. at Philips Arena.

The Hawks tickets aren’t much of a bargain. You have to buy through TicketMaster, the rip off site that charges almost $10 per ticket as a “convenience” fee. What a joke.
