I enjoy preparing Thanksgiving dinner, but let’s face it: It’s not for everybody. It’s a lot of work and while the reward is well worth the effort, it would be a lot easier to let someone else do it for you.
For those who’d rather eat than work on turkey day, these deals are for you. Look for them in Sunday’s Atlanta Journal-Constitution:
- Kroger will make Thanksgiving dinner for you. Meal includes Private Selection turkey, gravy, cornbread dressing, cranberry sauce and dinner rolls. For $39.99, you can serve eight to nine people, and for $59.99 you can serve 10 to 12 people.
- Target will also make Thanksgiving dinner. Its feast is $59.99 for eight to 10 people. The meal includes an Archer Farms turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole and relish. It also includes rolls, a 9-inch pie in your choice of five flavors and a coffee sampler. You can also opt to get the feast with a spiral-sliced ham.
- Also, Target is giving away a $15 gift card with purchase of any 10- to 24-lb. fresh turkey or a Rival Roaster Oven (value $27) and cut the prices on their artificial tress. You can save up to $100.

Wow Kroger really is cheap at $5 a head that is impressive. I also have listed several other places in Buckhead that have prepared Turkeys and sides with all the pricing at http://www.bargainsinbuckhead.com

I thought I read in the Target ad that you had to buy the Turkey (of a particular size) AND the roaster on the front page. Not just one or the other?
