Live Nation’s No Fee Wednesdays continues Oct. 28, and this time, it’s combined with a meet and greet at The Tabernacle with the group, Hellogoodbye, from 5 p.m.-6 p.m. Everyone who purchases a ticket will be entered to win an Ultimate Access Pass, good for admission to all shows at the venue in 2010. When I lived in Florida, one of my favorite quick-stop restaurants was El Pollo Loco. Only recently have I discovered them here in metro Atlanta, as well. The restaurant has added a new menu item, Flame-Grilled Family Feast, and with it comes a free cake. There are two choices: 16-ounce chocolate fudge and lemon bundt cakes. The deal starts Oct. 31.

Another Georgia Aquarium discount

Atlanta’s Gay Pride festival kicks off this weekend and includes a discount on Georgia Aquarium tickets. If you purchase tickets for Oct. 30 in advance, you can get in for $17 from 6:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m.. Tickets are $20 at the door. You’ll need to click here to buy the ticket online in advance.

Spa and Salon services

Atlanta on the Cheap posted a great offer today on spa and salon services Nov. 2-8. It’s Atlanta’s Hawt on Yelp! week, during which time you can save 50 percent on services at 11 shops. The participating locations include:
