ESPN College GameDay Live

College football season kicks off live from Centennial Olympic Park Saturday when ESPN College GameDay Live will broadcast from 10 a.m.-noon. It’s free, and promises to be jam-packed with Alabama and Virginia Tech fans before the teams meet at 8 p.m. in the Georgia Dome for the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff game. The park festivities also include a free concert with Drivin ‘N Cryin and Collective Soul.

Georgia Aquarium deals

The Georgia Aquarium is running ticket promotions for Chick-Fil-A Kickoff game fans, and for all the people in town for Dragon Con. Dragon Con fans get $20 admission on Saturday, Sept. 5. Tennessee Aquarium

It’s good through Tuesday, Sept. 8. Of course, it’s not as large as the Georgia Aquarium, but it’s every bit as fun, in my opinion.
