I have Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey and signed up for a seminar sponsored by a church in my area. Really good information but it is a lot of work and I'm not sure it's a realistic plan for many. I think you can get out of any of these books some jewel that you can apply to everyday life. The change takes time and commitment that's for sure.

Rich Dad Poor Dad and The Secrets of the Millionaire Mind are very intriguing to me and so I would place them in the Best Book category.

Chuck,
Three of the books on the Simple Dollar's list as the worst were Making The Most of Your Money, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and Nickled and Dimed. I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and found the premise flawed. However, I also know a lot of people personally who've found it both helpful and inspiring.
