Comedian Lisa Lampanelli pre-sale tickets | Movies & The Market extended

Internet pre-sale tickets for comedian Lisa Lampanelli’s show Oct. 10 at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre will be available at 10 a.m. today for $37.75, plus fees. Use promo code ‘Shade’ to secure your tickets before the public sale date on Friday, Aug. 14. Pre-sale tickets are only available online.

Lampanelli was a regular on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and Howard Stern’s Sirius satellite radio show. Her 2005 Comedy Central one-hour special, “Take It Like A Man” received network acclaim.

Movies & The Market extended

The free showings of films at Atlantic Station for Movies & The Market have been extended until Oct. 29. Originally scheduled to end at the end of this month, the free outdoor film series — and accompanying dinner specials at Atlantic Station restaurants — will go well into the fall. Upcoming featured films, played on Thursdays, include:
