FREE TUESDAY AT IMAGINE IT!

Remember that it’s Target Tuesday at Imagine It! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta. Admission is free the second Tuesday of every month, a special that for this month, includes tomorrow. Tickets are given away on a first come, first serve basis between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m.

NATIONAL ICE CREAM MONTH

In 1984, President Ronald Reagan declared July National Ice Cream Month, and the third Sunday in July as National Ice Cream Day. It’s just one of many national food months or days, including today, which is National French Fry Day. We haven’t stumbled any free french fries yet, but there are at least a couple of opportunities to get a free cone.

AJC writer Nedra Rhone reports that The Original Boutique Warehouse sale hits Atlantic Station from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Clothing, shoes and accessories from local boutiques such as Sandpiper, K-La, Meringue and more will be available for up to 80 percent off the original retail price. The sale takes place on the second level above Z Gallerie on 18th Street.
