Seems simple enough. Save energy and a few dollars by hanging your clothes out to dry rather than putting them in a dryer. What may seem like a smart economical decision on the surface is causing quite a stir in some parts of the country as The Non-consumer Advocate points out.
Perhaps you’ve heard of Project Laundry List headed by Alexander Lee. He and his supporters are on a mission to promote what they believe are the values of hanging out laundry. Not everyone is on his side, though, as a CBS News report — ‘The Right To Dry’ — reveals. In case you missed it, both sides of the issue are aired out in this video.
