Photo-collecting ‘Crusade’ gets rolling
Atlanta gallery owner Jennifer Schwartz revealed plans late last year for a cross-country “Crusade for Collecting” tour in 2013 to try to recruit a new generation of photography collectors one citizen at a time. Having since purchased a 1977 VW bus that she’s named “Big Blue,” Schwartz does a sort of trial run 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at WonderRoot arts center’s Reynoldstown garden. There will be photos for sale from the new gallery-on-wheels, live music, a food truck and more. Free. 982 Memorial Drive S.E., Atlanta. 404-885-1080, HOWARD POUSNER
