Schwartz Research Group studied the social media presence of various “American Idol” contestants and here are the top 10 most connected, based on likes on Facebook and followers on Twitter. Will this correlate to actual votes? We’ll see.

Facebook is far more popular for “Idol” fan engagement, triple that of Twitter.

Three least popular on social media?

Tatynisa Wilson, Rachel Zevita and Clint Jun Gamboa.

Thanks Rodney, it will be interesting to see how these numbers play out in terms of how they finish. In years past it used to be a fairly big, but not an exact indicator.

Tim Halperin, well there you go ladies. I’m not surprised by Clint being one of the least, everyone is searching for North Korea on Facebook, and I don’t think they have a page.
