I think it is rather telling that Cherie needs to resort to ad hominem attacks to defend her position. Cherie, you made a point and backed it up with nother other than personal attacks. Don’t be surprised if even those that might agree with your original point have a problem with your approach.

As for this site being the only one that seems hostile, might I point out that you are the one that brought the hostile? You started by attacking anyone who voted for Kris, without providing anything to back it up, you followed by instructing someone who disagreed with you to take a pill. I’ll point out that I’ve not called you a baby, or used anything other than the screen name you selected both hostile actions which you have brought.

The hostile is here and it is you. You strike me as a person who lacks the intelligence to back their opinions with anything other than bitter personal attacks. Sad really.

So, JT is a big boy and can defend himself, but turning this into a silly name calling is uncalled for. After all, opinions are like…um…noses, everyone’s got one!

Different strokes for different folks…and to answer the question, Kelly Clarkson, but I do think Kellie Pickler is quite entertaining.

Testosteronless, you really are a horses behind. I have no reaction whatsoever. I’m at home sick today and reading and posting to different blogs but this is the only site where it seems hostile. If you don’t like what I have to say, then don’t read it.

@K&CFan. Is that Kelly Clarkson or Kelly Pickler? They’re both great but I think I would “Pickler” if given the choice. I think she was at Wild Bills recently and wanted to see her but other work obligations kept me from going.

David Cook interview finally up. It took a long time to transcribe. It’s really long. I kind of did the kitchen sink thing and posted almost everything, even the boring answers to some questions fans asked. I was technically given 15 minutes but I think it went closer to 25 and there was no publicist on the phone cutting me off. I asked a ton of questions because he wasn’t terribly expansive on most of them. But he was polite and answered (almost) everything. I did forget to ask about the Athens theater. Sorry Linny!

Good God Jtesteroneless. I didn’t know a simple post would be so disected. Mercedes seems to think not too highly of Kris Allen either so what gives. As for lol’ng in your pants, you’d do better to pee in your pants as I can see I’m dealing with a baby. Harriett I was at Kaiser at the crack of dawn getting my own pills dispensed. So I feel your pain.

Hey y’all….

JT, LOL, indeed. I mean, Kris might be an average singer you can find at Smith’s Olde Bar (or Eddie’s Attic, even), but he gets to make a living doing what he loves. Not every Idol is cut out to be a superstar. He’s a likeable guy who followed the Cook School of Tweaking Songs to make himself the “different” guy. Perhaps to overcome his vocal shortcomings, but clearly it worked.
